Giang is an entrepreneur and investor with over 25 years of experience, including over 13 years in Vietnam. He is Founder of the RDA Vietnam Fund, a Boston-based fund investing in Vietnam. Prior to managing investments, Giang was a successful entrepreneur having co-founded several high-growth companies including Cambridge Energy and JungleSoft. Giang has held operational roles in diverse industries including mobile, telecom, robotics, manufacturing, and healthcare. Giang received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park. Giang is fluent in both Vietnamese and English.

Shawn, CEO of SM Sino Technology Investment, has been in international business over 25 years out of his 32 years of career, involved in corporate finance, M&A, property consultancy, international JV formations, and financial institution’s formations and managements. Most recently he was spearheaded SM-Sino's efforts to expend its territory beyond Korea particular focus on Vietnam. He has been building up a platform in Vietnam to accommodate new technologies from advance countries into Vietnam. Prior to SM Sino, he spent 23 years in financial markets in Hong Kong.
